When you submit our appraisal request or contact forms, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, contact details, property information and any documents you attach. We do not use this website to collect information beyond what you choose to submit, aside from standard server logs.

How we use it

Information you submit is used to evaluate and respond to your request, perform appraisal services you engage us for, and communicate with you. Appraisal assignments are additionally governed by the confidentiality requirements of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

What we don't do

We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use it for purposes unrelated to your request, except as required by law or professional standards.
